My years as a student at the Culinary Institute of America were not only a period of educational growth,
but also a personal journey of my true passion. It truly delights me to see people enjoying my culinary creations;
it's a personal pride that I hold dear. My mission statement, "Passion for Perfection,"
is more than a catch phrase; it embodies my culinary integrity. I have been blessed with a very
discriminating palate, which not only allows me to dissect, but also to create exquisite flavors.
I have worked as a chef for 25 years. I have traveled through Europe and Russia, and lived in the Caribbean,
all of which expanded my culinary scope and diversity.
I am currently located in beautiful Venice, FL. and serving surrounding Sarasota county.
